I Need a solution. nails or guitar.?

Ive been Taking guitar lessons for about 6 months and our contract is just about over. i really like playing the guitar but i have wanted fake nails for like forever ( im sorry i cant grow my own im a biter) my sister got me nails for my birthday last year but my guitar teacher made me take them off to play. but i want them back soo bad. is there any solution to do both??? thanks :)

Not really. You%26#039;re going to have to make a decision. Do you want long, pretty, nails that few people will care about if they even notice them at all, that do you know good whatsoever? Or do you want a hobby that can entertain you, makes you happy, and you can have fun with it anytime you want?
Reply:i have the same problem as a guitarist, and i have to say the only solution is to not have the nails! if you%26#039;re serious about guitar, it%26#039;s a small sacrifice! you can make your own nails look cute as long as they%26#039;re well looked after. a nice french manicure on short nails is just as pretty as having long fake ones.





otherwise just wear them between playing. bit of a pain in the butt though!
Reply:you have to decide if youd rather have pretty nails or be able to play guitar. i play bass guitar and i have to file down my nails really short to be able to play.


if you want to, you could most likely put nails on your right hand and you left thumb, leaving the four fingers you use to hold down the note short.
